Dear valued business partner,
The spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) is on all of our minds and in the news, and the situation is very challenging around the globe. Our executive team has been monitoring the situation closely and as a company that conducts business internationally, we felt we should let you know how we are responding to the outbreak.
Ensuring the health and safety of our customers, employees, and vendors is of utmost importance to us, as is continuing to serve the needs of our clients with minimal disruption. Our leadership team is following and reviewing daily the state and local government suggestions concerning travel, social and business practices.
To maintain our business activities in the best way possible, including our manufacturing process, spare parts supply and service, we have taken the following additional precautions:
• Temporarily suspending all travel for employees – international and national
• Offering remote help desk to all our customers, incl. service phone calls, remote software support, video/skype calls, etc
• We do not allow visitors to our CZ facilities
• Canceling/postponing exhibitions at industry events
• Implementing a flexible work policy that includes remote solutions, home offices, etc
• Contingency planning to minimize disruptions to your business and ours
• We are in permanent contact with our supply chain partners to ensure delivery of spare parts and components
• Sharing WHO guidance with our employees to reduce risk and keep our workforce healthy, including proper hand-washing practices and more frequent cleaning of high-traffic areas and work surfaces, etc
As the situation remains fluid and changes day by day, we remain agile and flexible to do what’s best for our customers and our team. We are working to minimize the potential impact this may have on our customer´s business taking into account all the different aspects of this very complicated and permanently changing challenge.
